Appointment Bookings Customers

Mediums on Tour charges 20% admin fee on all Light Worker Appointments – On your purchase the Light Worker will receive your phone number to make contact for the remainder owing and to organise your booking,
20% will be collected by Mediums on Tour on securing your booking (Which is nonrefundable – this admin fee can be made into a credit for another booking if you receive any refunds from the light worker. Contact [email protected]
All payment must be received into the Light Workers Accounts Prior to receiving your appointment.
Payments for any of Donna Youngs Services are Full Payments required on booking.
Failure to make payment and contact the light worker will result in the loss of your deposit.
All Customers and Lightworkers will receive your zoom link at the time of the booking – this will be sent to your email (Check junk mail if you can’t find this link)
Any changes from Zoom to Phone or Face to Face will need to be organised directly with the light worker.

Customers phone numbers will be sent to your phone at the time that they book.
It is the Light Workers Responsibility to keep with the time of the booking and ensure all customers walk away happy.
Any unhappy customers will be the Light workers responsibility to ensure the customer receives the full refund of the service.
Light workers must send changes to available times to [email protected] within 3 days prior any bookings needing to be moved after being booked must be organised between the Light Worker and the Customer.
Failure to keep booking times and regular changes may result in you loosing your position with Mediums on Tour.
All information discussed withing your session is highly confidential and breaking any customers confidentiality will result in removal from Mediums on Tour.
Any worries of the well being of any Customers you must contact Donna immediately or 000 services if required. NO Recordings are aloud.
NO Light Workers under the influence of any drugs or alcohol (You will be removed with out notice if this accrues)
