Online Yin Yoga – Tuesdays 5.30pm with Sarah
Yin Yoga is a passive practice working on the deeper layers of the tissues in the body to lengthen the fascia. It’s a gentle slow mindful practice where props can be used to help you into the pose. The poses are held for a length of time to allow the softened and lengthening of the body to occur. This practice is good for Tight, stagnant places in the body, hydrating the body, bringing the nervous system into a more regulated way of being. During your practice you can learn to cultivate the connection between your breath, body mind deeper self. Bring clarity and space to your outer world as we navigate these experiences.
Its not about being flexible so please don’t let that put you off. We meet ourselves just where we are. It’s about being in the pose just as we are and breathing, noticing and most of all, connection to yourself.
All ages shapes and sizes welcome.
